What Tripwoa is

Tripwoa is an independent travel planner made in Istanbul. On this site you will find day-by-day itineraries for 150 cities; in the Tripwoa app those plans become your own trip — reordered, timed and kept as a journal afterwards.

How an itinerary is made

• Every stop is a real, named place with verified coordinates, so walking times between stops are measured, not guessed.
• Days are built around a sensible order and a realistic time budget — a museum morning, a long walk, an early evening — rather than a checklist.
• Practical rules (tickets, closing days, transport passes) are checked against official sources and linked from the page. Where a figure is not official, we say “about”.
• Each page shows when it was last updated. When something changes on the ground, the page changes too.

Photos and sources

Photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under open licences and carry the photographer’s credit and licence on the image. Sources for practical rules are official operators, museums and city transport authorities; links appear next to each rule.

What Tripwoa is not

Tripwoa is an information and planning tool. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, carrier or accommodation provider. Tours and activities listed under Experiences are provided and booked by our partner Viator on its own site and terms.
