Reporting an error on a page
- Paste the page address (for example
tripwoa.com/itineraries/paris). - Tell us what is wrong — a closed venue, a changed ticket rule, a wrong photo, a walking time that does not add up.
- If you have it, add a link to the official source. We check every correction before publishing it.
Account and data
You can delete your account inside the app at any time; the steps are on the account deletion page. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Experiences bookings
Tours and activities under Experiences are booked with Viator. Questions about an existing booking — changes, cancellations, refunds — go to Viator’s customer service, which handles them directly.
