How to choose
Seven of the 24 Seattle experiences we list drive to a national park, and that is the strongest pull on this page. Mount Rainier takes four of them: nine to twelve hours, €130.34 to €154.25, rated 4.8 to 4.9 and holding 7,477 reviews between them. Olympic National Park takes three more and owns the two dearest listings here, at €324.08 and €250.99. Add Leavenworth, Snoqualmie Falls twice, a Vancouver day tour and the Boeing factory tour with transport, and twelve of the 24 are out of town for the whole day. Nine run eight hours or longer. The median listing lasts four and a quarter hours and costs €118.89, and all 24 can be cancelled free.
The reviews, though, stay in town. Those twelve day trips hold 12,923 of the 36,164 reviews collected here, while the twelve that stay in Seattle hold 23,241 — and one 60-minute underground history walk takes 9,231 of them, a quarter of the page, at €28.18 the cheapest listing we carry. Five of the in-city dozen are on the water: a 60-minute harbour cruise at €40.25, a two-hour sail at €34.35, the Locks cruise at €55.73, a sunset sail at €57.24, and whale watching at €136.47, the longest and dearest of the five and the only one of them rated below 4.5. One listing is private, sold to passengers leaving an Alaska cruise, and it has four reviews. No bike tour, no coffee tour and no museum appears in any of the 24 titles.
Only one of the 24 is an admission ticket rather than a tour: the Space Needle with Chihuly Garden and Glass at €68.58, rated 4.6 from 1,845 reviews. Entry is timed in 15-minute arrival windows and priced by time of day and season, and the combined ticket costs
Several things these tours skip cost little. The Klondike Gold Rush museum in Pioneer Square is free, seven days, 10:00–17:00. Seattle Art Museum is free on the first Thursday of each month and closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Smith Tower's observatory opens only from 15:00, from

Four of the 24 listings go to Mount Rainier, more than to any other single place, and they are among the best-rated things we carry: 4.8, 4.8, 4.9 and 4.9, on 7,477 reviews between them. They run nine to twelve hours and cost €130.34 to €154.25, so what you are really spending is the day. If that is too long, the shorter version of the same forest-and-waterfall landscape is the four-and-a-half-hour guided hike to Snoqualmie Falls at €69.57, rated 4.7.
Only one of the 24 is built around the market, a two-hour chef-guided food tour at €66.05, rated 4.9 from 4,616 reviews and one of four listings here at 4.9. The market keeps its own published hours: most of it 9:00–17:00, with fresh produce, seafood and breakfast vendors from 7:00 and the crafts market from 11:00, every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas. What the tour adds is the tastings and the guide, not an earlier or separate way in.
It is the weakest listing on this page by a wide margin: 80 minutes at €57.24, rated 2.4 from 72 reviews, when nothing else we carry falls below 4.3. Since 23 February 2026 you can tap a contactless card or phone on Link light rail, buses and the streetcar instead, with a two-hour transfer window, though the Monorail sits outside that scheme and charges $4 one way for the two-minute run between Westlake Center and Seattle Center. If you do want a guided circuit, the two coach city tours here both rate 4.8, at €77.74 for three hours and €97.75 for four.
