Singapore Botanic Gardens
Follow a selected route through the gardens, with time for the National Orchid Garden if you choose its separate admission. This allowance includes that optional section and nearby paths, not every extension of the grounds.
3-day itinerary · Singapore
Three Singapore days balancing tropical gardens, Southeast Asian art, the Marina Bay skyline and historic neighbourhoods. The route leaves space for hawker-centre meals and treats large garden complexes as substantial visits.

The plan at a glance
Start with a selected Botanic Gardens route, Orchard Road and the National Gallery. Give Marina Bay its own day, with the conservatories and one observation deck before a waterfront walk. Use the final day for Little India, Kampong Glam and Chinatown. Public transport connects the districts; the plan does not try to add Sentosa or wildlife parks to an already full city day.
At a glance
Day 1
Begin in the gardens before the hottest part of the day, choosing whether to include the separately ticketed Orchid Garden. Travel to Orchard Road for lunch and a short browse, then continue to the National Gallery.
Morning

Follow a selected route through the gardens, with time for the National Orchid Garden if you choose its separate admission. This allowance includes that optional section and nearby paths, not every extension of the grounds.
Midday
Afternoon

Take a short look around a central stretch of Orchard Road and its indoor shopping spaces. Use the district as a lunch break between the gardens and the afternoon gallery rather than walking its entire length.

The former civic buildings house a major collection of Singaporean and Southeast Asian art. Select a few galleries and leave time to appreciate the buildings, with special exhibitions treated according to your ticket.
Evening
Day 2
Spend the morning on your selected Bay South route and conservatory visits. After lunch, head to the SkyPark’s dedicated visitor entrance, then continue via Helix Bridge and the public waterfront to Merlion Park. Allow about 30 minutes for the waterfront walk from Helix Bridge to Merlion Park; the straight-line map estimate understates this connection.
Morning

Spend a substantial morning in Bay South, combining a short outdoor route with the conservatories covered by your chosen ticket. Cloud Forest and Flower Dome can share this allowance; additional attractions need more time.
Midday
Afternoon

Visit the public observation deck for views across the bay and the gardens. Use the dedicated visitor entrance at Hotel Tower 3; this ticket does not include the hotel’s Infinity Pool.

Walk through the curved steel structure for views across Marina Bay. Continue along the public waterfront on the way to Merlion Park, allowing more time than a straight line across the water would suggest.

The Merlion and the bayfront skyline make a natural finish to the waterfront day. Take a short pause by the water before deciding where to have dinner; there is no need to add another observation ride.
Evening
Day 3
Explore a compact part of Little India before continuing to Kampong Glam. Sultan Mosque’s surroundings and Haji Lane belong to the same neighbourhood walk. After lunch, use transport to Chinatown and visit Sri Mariamman Temple when visitor access permits.
Morning

Explore a compact selection of streets around Serangoon Road, with time for shopfronts, food and everyday neighbourhood life. Religious buildings are active places of worship, so enter only during permitted visitor hours.

Walk the streets around Sultan Mosque, then the small shops and façades around Haji Lane. These nearby sights form one neighbourhood stop; mosque entry is optional and follows its own visitor windows.
Midday
Afternoon

Follow the streets around Pagoda Street and the adjoining market area, leaving time to browse and take a food break. The route is a compact introduction to the district, without adding every temple and museum.

Notice the decorated entrance tower before visiting the areas open to the public. This active temple needs its own respectful pause after the surrounding Chinatown streets, rather than being treated as a photo backdrop.

Questions
Three full days cover the city’s gardens, bayfront and the neighbourhoods in this route. Sentosa, wildlife parks, additional museums and extensive shopping need more time or substantial substitutions.
No. Singapore Botanic Gardens are inland near the Orchard area. Gardens by the Bay are beside Marina Bay, with their own conservatories and ticket choices.
No. The public observation deck is separate from the hotel’s Infinity Pool, which is reserved for hotel guests.
They are close parts of the Kampong Glam neighbourhood walk. The allowance covers the streets and an optional mosque visit when permitted, avoiding three separate visits to the same small area.
Walk within the selected districts and use MRT, buses or taxis for the marked connections. The waterfront follows paths around the bay, so allow the stated time rather than relying on a straight-line map distance.
