- Livraria Lello uses ticket-vouchers with their own conditions. Book through the official sale and read what your selected voucher includes instead of assuming it is unrestricted book credit.Source: Livraria Lello · checked Sep 2026

The western day
- Serralves offers different admission products for its museum, park and other spaces. Choose the coverage you need; its visitor page also lists public-transport approaches.Source: Fundação de Serralves · checked Sep 2026
- Foz belongs to Porto’s Atlantic district. Keep this afternoon to the waterfront instead of treating Serralves, Foz and the wider Matosinhos area as a single small walk.Source: Visit Porto · checked Sep 2026
Using public transport
- Validate an Andante ticket or pass when beginning a journey and when changing line or transport. Use the station validators for metro and rail, and the onboard validator when boarding a bus.Source: Andante · checked Sep 2026

Questions
Quick answers
Does this include a port-wine cellar tour?
No cellar or tasting is assumed. If that is a priority, replace part of the second afternoon with a booked Gaia cellar visit and keep the viewpoint optional.
The days these rules belong to
3 days in Porto
Start in the upper centre before descending to the river on the second day. The bridge visit ends on the Gaia side, so allow for a climb to Jardim do Morro. The final day gives Serralves a substantial museum-and-park visit before a coastal walk at Foz. This is a city itinerary; a Douro Valley excursion needs another day.
