Questions
Quick answers
Do I need a vaporetto pass for this route?
The sightseeing days are grouped for walking. Whether a pass makes sense depends on your accommodation and extra boat journeys; choose it after checking your actual routes.
Can I follow the map exactly on foot?
Use the walking directions as a starting point. Venice has narrow passages, stepped bridges and limited canal crossings; real walking takes longer than straight lines between map pins.

3 days in Venice
Book the basilica and palace day first, then arrange the other days around museum calendars. The northern walk gives the Ghetto, Rialto and two contrasting churches a day together. The final day follows the Frari and San Rocco into Dorsoduro, with one palace museum and a slow finish near the Salute. Murano and Burano need additional time.
